Great beach to walk your dog on but there are no waves obviously because it's hervey bay.

Great spot to bring the dog for a run or come for a walk. At low tide you can walk nearly 1km out on the sand, just don't get caught out! Lots of space so if you're worried about interacting with other dogs, no need. Lots of fish, crabs and shells to watch and find. Access between no. 54 and 56 on Shellcot Street, plenty of parking, short 150m walk to the beach from the road.
